How To Order
Ready to purchase items: If you see something you like, simply add it to your cart, fill out the ordering information and follow the payment directions. If you do not wish to pay at the time of ordering, choose the 'email' option upon checkout and I will direct you with your payment options once your order has been confirmed.
Custom items: If there is an item that you would like to have customized, or you have an idea of what kind of piece you would like to have made, send me an email by going to the 'contact me' page and explain what you would like to have done. I will then reply letting you know if it can be done, and if so, an estimate for the total cost.
What Size Should I Order?
It all depends on how you would like the piece to fit. On an average sized person, necklaces will fit as follows;
15" will fit like a choker snug on the neck.
16" will fit high on the neckline, but not tight.
17" will drape along the collarbone
18" will drape below the collarbone (this is a comfortable length for most people)
19"+ are longer than most necklines and are better suited for plunging necklines or very high necklines/turtlenecks
If you are buying for yourself, a good thing to do is measure a favorite necklace of yours from clasp to clasp. Then simply order pieces to the same length. If you are buying for someone else and are unsure, I can easily add an extender to the piece free of charge so that the recipient can adjust it to their perfect size. Just let me know :)
Most of my bracelets are sized 7.5" ~ 8" which will fit an average sized person. It also depends on how much 'drape' you prefer. It's a good idea to measure your wrist so you have an idea of how much extra room you'll have with a chosen bracelet. For bracelets with smaller beads, 1/2" is generally comfortable. For bracelets with larger beads or lots of beads (like the cha chas), it's a good idea to have 1" more than your wrist measurement.
If there is a necklace or bracelet on my site that you love but it's not finished in your ideal size, just let me know and I will resize it at no charge. I want you to love your purchases and for them to be comfortable enough for you to wear every day if you choose!
When Will My Order Be Ready?
Ready to purchase items are ready to go and will be shipped within 48 hours of the payment being processed. Custom orders may take anywhere from a week to a few weeks depending on the nature of the order and the number of orders I have at the time. I complete items in the order that I receive them, unless a specific date is requested. When I reply to your email, I will give you an estimated completion date that takes these factors into consideration.
Payments
At this time I accept money orders and credit card payments through paypal. If you choose to pay by credit card, simply follow the payment directions at the checkout. If you are paying by money order, choose the 'email' option at checkout and I will send you the mailing directions. If you are placing a custom order, you may choose to send your payment immediately so that is ready to be processed once the order is finished and approved, or you may send it after the order has been finished and approved. Either way, I will ship your package immediately after processing and email you to let you know it has been shipped.
Shipping
I currently ship by Canada post Regular Mail or Xpresspost to anywhere within North America at the following rates.
Please note that Regular shipping does NOT include insurance or trackability. If you choose this option I cannot be held responsible if you don't receive your order. All Xpresspost packages include $100 insurance and a tracking number for guaranteed delivery. If you choose the option with the signature, the package will not just be left by your door if you're not home. It will go to the nearest post office to be picked up with ID for extra security.
All charges are based on what I actually pay for shipping...I DO NOT make any money off of shipping charges.
Xpresspost packages are guaranteed to arrive within 3-5 days from shipment. You may choose this option for made to order items, just be aware that it will be 3-5 days from when the item is completed, not when your order is placed.

Orders over $200 before taxes will receive free Xpresspost shipping.
If you live in the GTA area and would like to pick up your order, choose the Pick Up! No Charge option and I will contact you with the address details.

Returns
It is my goal to provide excellent service to my clients, and in the event of dissatisfaction I will do my best to fix the problem. I try my best to provide clear photos and information so that you know exactly what you are getting. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, I must be be contacted within 7 days of you receiving your items. If it is a matter of alteration, I will alter and ship the item back at no charge, you will just have to pay to send it to me. If you decide you would like a refund, the item must be sent back at your expense in the original gift packaging and properly packed. The item must be in the same condition as it was when I sent it out. Any items received that do not follow these conditions will forfeit the refund. Refunds will include the cost of the item and any applicable taxes-it will not include shipping costs.
Refunds will not be issued for custom orders
Large custom orders (a piece or pieces valued at over $100) will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
